Some accounts were deemed innocent and were let off without punishment. A majority of accounts involved were previously banned on (9/7/2011). As of yesterday (9/13/2011), we have reapplied bans on quite a few accounts we found guilty of game exploitation. These bans are based on the degree of infraction. Seven-day, fourteen-day, and permanent bans were placed on players we found guilty of gold duplication. If you have received a ban and feel that it is in error, please submit a customer support ticket. Thank you. | |
