We will be restarting the Alexina, Ruairi, and Mari server on September 15th. During this period, Mabinogi will be unavailable. The restart should take approximately 30 minutes.

You're right D: Dear Players,
This issue with the servers not saving player progress is much more challenging that we expected, and we are still working on fixing this issue.
For the time, we do not have an estimated end time for maintenance.
We will update this post once we have a firm time available.
