I must agree with Damkun on this. Your application is not very appealing, it has a multitude of spelling errors and it is in all capitals making it a bit annoying to read. You also should have waited for your cousin to show you how to take/upload/post the picture before posting here, it is after all a requirement to have one...

i asked windzor back in novemeber he said yes i asked kevin back in novemeber he also said yes and as to the screen shot my cousin said that would not be a good ideal to do it he said i would get hacked doing so and to me i find nothing wrong with it but if u want to talk to my cousin his name is patrick2689 in game u can pm him but so in other words i said i dont know how to do that part so only one that can do it is him but he just said no so thats ok thanks anyways for looking at it

I asked Windzor today and he said he's never given consent to be your referral.
It also doesn't matter if you asked them in November. This is your second application and it still requires FRESH referrals.
I also don't care what your cousin said. No screen shot= not a proper application= automatic denial.

I'm going to say this again, and then lock the thread. Your application has been rejected.
